Runlow - Support

Runlow shows how much of your Claude, Codex and Gemini usage limits you have left - on your Lock Screen, in widgets, and (on Mac) in the menu bar.

Getting started

• Claude: open Runlow, choose Claude, and sign in with your normal claude.ai login.
• Codex / Gemini (iPhone): paste the access token from your ~/.codex or ~/.gemini file (the app shows you where to find it).
• Codex / Gemini (Mac): click "Connect" and grant access to the ~/.codex or ~/.gemini folder.
• Just looking? Turn on Demo mode to explore with sample data.

Common questions

My meters stopped loading. Your session may have expired - sign in again (Claude), or re-paste your token (Codex/Gemini). Providers occasionally change things; the app updates to keep up.

The Live Activity looks out of date. Open the app to refresh it. Fully-automatic background updates are coming in a later version.

Why can't I see the Gemini web-app limit? Google only exposes the Gemini CLI / Code Assist quota to apps; the gemini.google.com chat limit isn't readable outside the browser.

Where's the Mac app? It lives in the menu bar - look for the gauge icon at the top of your screen (it has no Dock icon).
