Help for the day you actually have.
ADHD Days brings reminders, flexible routines, progress goals, private logs and trends into one calm place.
Email Leon for supportAdd one reminder
Tap the centre plus button. Choose Simple for a quick reminder or Detailed when you want timing, progress, notes, photos or a voice note.
Start from when you woke up
Tap Start day and choose your routine. Flexible routines follow the time you actually start, while clock routines can use fixed times.
Expired is not deleted
Optional expiry moves an unanswered reminder out of Today. Open Expired or History to review it and return it when needed.
Count partial progress
Detailed reminders can track sessions or amounts. Adding progress moves the project forward without marking the whole reminder finished.
Logbook stays separate from reminders
Use Logbook for something that already happened, such as where you put an item or when you completed a household check. Add notes, a timestamp, and optional location or media. Use Tallies for repeated events and optional quantities.
If an alert does not arrive
Check iOS Settings, Notifications, and any active Focus mode. Open ADHD Days periodically so upcoming repeating alerts can refresh.
One thing on your Home Screen
Add an ADHD Days widget from the iOS widget gallery. Tapping a reminder opens the app and asks before completing it.
£4.99 once. No subscription.
Pro is a permanent unlock for the Apple Account that bought it. The separate 21-day gift is free, can be used once, and never becomes an automatic charge. Use Restore purchases on the Pro page after reinstalling or changing devices.
