Privacy Policy

ADHD Days has no developer account, advertising, third-party analytics or tracking. Your reminders, routines, history, logs, tallies and attachments are stored locally on your device.
Information stored on your device
ADHD Days stores the information you choose to create, including reminder titles and details, routine plans, completion history, progress entries, Logbook records, tallies, selected attachments and optional saved locations. The developer does not receive this information.
Microphone, photos, video and location
- Microphone access is used only when you record a voice note.
- Photo and video access is limited to media you choose using Apple's picker.
- Location is requested only when you choose to attach your current location to a Logbook entry. ADHD Days does not track background location.
These items remain part of the local record unless you export or share them.
Notifications and widgets
Local notifications and widgets can display reminder titles and timing on your device. You control notification, Lock Screen and widget visibility through iOS settings. The developer does not receive notification activity.
Backups, exports and sharing
A full backup includes written records, history and attached media. A records-only backup excludes photos, videos and audio. ADHD Days sends an exported file only to the destination you choose through the system share sheet. Copies outside the app follow the privacy rules of that destination.
The app has no in-app cloud sync. Apple's operating system may include local app data in a device backup according to your Apple and device settings.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. The developer does not receive your payment details or Apple Account credentials. Apple may provide aggregated sales and transaction information according to its own policies.
Retention and deletion
Expiry and archiving preserve history inside the app. You can remove records or reset the app from Settings. Deleting the app removes its local container; offloading may preserve it. Exported copies and device backups remain until you delete them from their destination.
Children
ADHD Days does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else because the app sends no user-created records to the developer.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices change, this policy will be updated before those changes are described as available.
