Squarecut collects nothing. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising identifier and no tracking of any kind. There is no Squarecut server, so there is nowhere for your data to go.
None. Squarecut does not collect, transmit or receive any personal data. Its App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected", and that is a literal description of the app.
All of it lives in the app's own storage on your device. It is not synced anywhere and we cannot see it. Delete the app and it is gone.
The Send feedback and Report a problem buttons open your own mail app with a message addressed to us. To help reproduce a problem, the message starts with the app version, the iOS version and the device model. You can read and delete those lines before you send, and nothing is sent unless you tap Send.
The solvers unlock with a single in-app purchase handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details, your Apple Account or your name. The app only ever learns whether the purchase exists.
Squarecut contains no third-party SDKs, no analytics frameworks and no advertising code. No data is shared with anyone, because none is collected. The only third party involved at all is Apple, for the in-app purchase.
Because nothing is collected, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Everything Squarecut stores is on your device and under your control: clear the tape inside the app, or delete the app.
Squarecut is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone, including children. It contains no advertising and no user-generated content that leaves the device.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. As long as the app collects nothing, there is unlikely to be much to change.
